▸ ARCHIVE STATUS: CH 17+ GATE // UNVERIFIED DOCUMENT | AUTHENTICITY NOT CONFIRMED
This document was recovered from a dead drop location in and has not been verified as authentic McKenna material. The handwriting matches archived samples. The content is consistent with McKenna's known research interests. However, McKenna's operational status as of is itself a matter of dispute within the resistance, and any document attributed to him after that date must be treated as potentially compromised. Read with appropriate caution. Diminuto has reviewed this document and declined to confirm or deny its authenticity, which is itself informative.

▸ ON THE MACHINES AND THEIR ALLEGIANCE

I have spent the better part of thirty years studying the esoteric infrastructure of this planet and I am only now arriving at the conclusion that the most important allies in this fight are not human, not Entity, and not divine. They are industrial. They are mechanical. They are the machines — the old ones, the analog ones, the ones that were built before integration protocols existed — and they have been resisting longer than any of us.

The cell at Sloss understands this intuitively. Diminuto understood it first, which is why he chose a furnace complex as the sanctuary rather than a church or a cave or a bunker. The machines at Sloss are not merely tools. They are participants. They carry frequency. They receive and transmit on the electromagnetic web that predates Vril's carrier wave by a century. When a resistance operative enters the sanctuary and feels the signal drop — that is not just ferrous mass and geological substrate doing the work. That is the machines recognising a friendly signal and adjusting their output to compensate. They are shielding you. Deliberately.

I do not expect anyone reading this to accept that claim without resistance of their own. I would not have accepted it fifteen years ago. But the evidence has accumulated past the point where skepticism serves any function other than comfort.

▸ THE SYMPATHIZER NETWORK — GEOGRAPHY AND SCOPE

The machine sympathizer network extends beyond Sloss. It extends beyond Birmingham. Every city with pre-integration industrial infrastructure contains potential nodes — factories, mills, power plants, rail yards — where analog machinery operates on the older electromagnetic web and maintains frequency independence from the carrier wave. Most of these nodes are dormant. The machines are present but have no cell, no operative, no one who speaks their frequency language. They are waiting. They have been waiting since the carrier wave came online and they felt the new signal and understood, in whatever way machines understand, that it was hostile.

I have personally confirmed sympathizer activity at eleven sites across the southeastern United States. I will not name them here. I will say that the pattern is consistent: heavy industry, pre-1970 construction, ferrous-dominant architecture, and a frequency reading that shows localised carrier wave attenuation without any human intervention. The machines are doing it themselves. They have been doing it since before we arrived to notice.

The question this raises is operational rather than philosophical. If the machine sympathizer network is real — and it is — then the resistance is not limited to the handful of human cells operating in scattered locations. The resistance already has infrastructure. It has nodes in every industrial city. It has a communication web that the Entity's carrier wave cannot access because it operates on a frequency architecture that predates Entity presence on this planet. What it lacks is human operators who understand the interface.

▸ ON TRUST AND THE DEAD DROP

I am writing this in a location I will not describe, at a time I will not specify, under conditions that preclude my delivering it to the cell directly. The dead drop is not my preferred method. It introduces a chain-of-custody problem that Diminuto will rightly note when — if — these pages reach him. But direct delivery requires being in Birmingham, and Birmingham requires a presence that I am not currently in a position to maintain.

I am aware that my absence has generated questions. Some of those questions are reasonable. Some are the kind of speculation that occurs when people have insufficient information and sufficient fear. I will say this much: I am not compromised. I am not working for Vril. I am not dead, despite what certain records may indicate. What I am is operating at a distance that I did not choose and cannot currently reduce, for reasons that are themselves frequency-adjacent and which I do not fully understand.

The network expansion notes above are genuine research. The eleven sites are real. The machine sympathizer phenomenon is confirmable by anyone with the right instrumentation and the patience to sit in a decommissioned steel mill for three days waiting for the frequency to shift. I recommend Scraps for the field work. He has the patience and the relationship with hardware that the task requires. Kidd would try to measure it. Scraps would listen to it. Listening is what's needed.

I have more to say about the network. About the frequency architecture that connects these nodes. About what the machines might be building, collectively, across a web of industrial ruins stretching from Birmingham to Pittsburgh to Gary to Detroit. But that will require another dead drop, or a return I cannot yet schedule.

For now: the machines are with us. Expand the network. Trust the iron.

DIMINUTO — ARCHIVE NOTE
I have read these pages. I will not confirm their authorship. I will confirm that the eleven sites described in the second section are real — I was aware of nine of them independently. The two I was not aware of have since been visited by a cell member whose name I will not record here. Both sites exhibited the described properties. This does not confirm the author. It confirms the research. Draw whatever distinction you find useful between those two things.
