Relay Network

Relay Nodes are permission-based physical caches and field packet drops tied to Book 1. In-world, they are Birmingham Resistance analog relays. Out-of-world, they are harmless fiction/puzzle game pieces containing paper artifacts, codes, logbooks, and instructions.
